Orders & fulfilment

We sell pet accessories and related products online. Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse network. Delivery estimates are typically 14–28 business days after processing. Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Shopify Payments and other enabled checkout methods.

Product availability

We only offer products we intend to fulfil. If an item cannot be fulfilled we will notify you and refund promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing limits non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
